Go to PubMed, type in your search string and click
Go in the usual way. When the results come on screen, click on the
Send to button and select
RSS Feed.. (

Adjust the
Limit items field and give the search string a
Name. Then click on the
Create Feed button.. (

Click on the
XML button.. (

With the results page in view, right click on the URL/Web address and select
Copy.. (

In your RSS reader, click on the relevant menu option to add a new feed..(

Paste the URL from the results page into the feed box and click
Next..(

After clicking OK to add the new feed, it should appear alongside any others. The feed search will update itself automatically, pullling in new material when it becomes available..(
